Job Description

As the D365 Business Systems Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications are optimized to meet organizational needs. You will analyze business processes, design system enhancements, and provide ongoing support to maximize the value of our ERP ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global business units to gather, document, and analyze requirements for D365 Finance & Operations and related modules.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support implementation, upgrades, and integrations of D365 with other enterprise applications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and automation.
  • Collaborate with IT, developers, and external vendors to deliver enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop test plans, execute system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users across global teams.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.


️ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably with ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or related modules (Supply Chain, HR, CRM).
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows, financial processes, and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
