<p><h3>About the role</h3><p>As ATB's next Business Improvement Partner : CRM Senior Manager, we are seeking an individual that collaborates well across Advisory Services, to execute against the Advisory CRM Project for our upcoming implementation of Salesforce for our Capital Market's team members, with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2026.</p><p><b>Note:</b> We are seeking candidates for both Business Improvement Partner & Senior Business Improvement Partner roles.</p><h3>Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Lead or participate in multi-stakeholder engagement workshops educating and advocating for Advisory Services requirements and capabilities;</li><li>Detailed CRM / Salesforce expertise within Capital Markets and Commercial Banking</li><li>Develop expertise in solution design, including a detailed technical and functional understanding of the solutions, and influencing the scope of our CoE deliveries;</li><li>Coordinate with and influence team members within the Center of Excellence (CoE) projects with regard to prioritizing the backlog and horizon of work scheduled;</li><li>Provide cross functional leadership, as well as partner with various Advisory Services stakeholders to capture and define business challenges, requirements and opportunities;</li><li>Conduct fact-finding research to completely understand business opportunities, including engaging with stakeholders in SSUs or other AOEs as required;</li><li>Develops and leads development of business models to drive change, address existing challenges and manage / mitigate risk;</li><li>Lead initiatives from scoping and objective setting to execution and implementation, using business sense to prioritize objectives;</li><li>Actively advocates on behalf of Capital Market's team members to ensure value is being delivered to all of the tools and processes;</li><li>Collaborates cross-functionally with management to anticipate changes in business requirements;</li><li>Work iteratively, focusing on human communication and feedback, adapting to change, and producing results;</li><li>Translate process into digestible documents for both technical and non-technical users;</li><li>Prepare presentations, business cases for, and facilitate meetings to senior leadership;</li><li>Mentor and provide peer coaching / feedback to team members who have different experience or knowledge;</li><li>Supports the creation and execution of the operationalization plan for the tools and processes;</li><li>Responsible for the execution of an operationalization plan, tying into the CRM Centre of Excellence around the ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the tools and processes.</li></ul><h3>Skills, experience & requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma with Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience related to the field of project management, direct banking experience within a financial institution, or in working with various forms of technology would be considered an asset</li><li>Capital Markets expertise and understanding is an asset</li><li>Experience or proficiency with Salesforce, nCino, Google Workspace, JIRA, Box, SAP CRM and DocuSign would be considered an asset</li><li>Exposure to project methodologies ( Agile, Lean, Waterfall )</li><li>Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to drive process improvements and strategic recommendations</li><li>Aptitude for diagnosing issues within CRM systems and providing logical, efficient solutions</li><li>Ability to think critically about how to optimize systems and empower users</li><li>Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to document processes clearly</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset</li><li>Proven track record of improving operational efficiency or user experience through system enhancements or process changes</li></ul><p><b>Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?</b></p><p>A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
