<p><b>Title:</b> Business Analyst</p><p><b>Location:</b> Ottawa or Montreal - 2/3 days a week on-site</p><p><b>Duration:</b> 1-year contract </p><p><br></p><p><b>Top Skills Required:</b></p><p><b>Business Analysis Experience in Financial Services or Investment Management</b> </p><ul><li>Proven ability to analyse financial systems, reporting, and transaction management.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication</b></p><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to bridge business and technical teams.</li></ul><p><b>Documentation & Requirements Development</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, technical specifications, training materials and standard operating procedures.</li></ul><p><b>Other Skills Required:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.</li><li>Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.</li><li>Familiarity with solution governance and portfolio management.</li></ul><p><b>Assets:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of eFront or similar financial platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRMs.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar platform for data integration platforms.</li><li>Experience in data governance and transformational data delivery.</li><li>Understanding of configuration vs. customization in enterprise platforms.</li></ul><p>Exposure to strategic planning and roadmap development.</p>
