Hi sitters and neighbours. We are parents to our first child, Joseph. Hes turning 2 years old in June and we want him to be able to have the attention and 1 on 1 time that he needs during times when we are busy working. Joseph is quite shy and doesnt open up to strangers right away. Hes very attached and is developing more separation anxiety to us as he grows up but it seems to be normal behaviour around his age. Were looking for a kind and patient babysitter in hopes to have a building relationship with our child. We are on a waiting list for daycare but who knows if this works out then we could consider using this as an option instead. We could be looking for a sitter 2-3 days per week.
