The Billbacks Intern is a member of the Billbacks Team, under the Global Business Services Quote-to-Cash Department. This position provides the candidate with exposure to the activities of the Billbacks Team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for customer service, while working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Must be able to work onsite Monday through Thursday in our offices in Mississauga, ON,and work from homeon Fridays from 5/11 to 8/21/2026.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the monthly billback process - some of the key activities include: claim files-formatting, loading, validation; processing data; issuing credit memos and variances reports. Provide coverage for other team members to maintain billback support continuity, as required.
Address claim errors immediately and reconcile claim periods by working with Senior Billbacks Specialist Team member. Manage and monitor the hand-off of contract related errors to ensure correction and processing remains in line with overall schedule.
Main duties will include validation of P003 and updating cross-references in Pega.
Work with business units and/or operational functions on special projects, as required.
Education and Experience required:
You must be currently enrolled in a qualifying undergraduate program (Bachelor's) or college program (Diploma). Qualifying fields of study include Business Administration, preferred, or another related discipline.
Eligible candidates must be on track to graduate in 2026(Diploma or Bachelor's)orin2027 (Bachelor's) from an accredited college or university.
Must be in good academic standing pursuing their degree (transcript may be required), combined with the ability to workfrom May11 to August 21, 2026.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Outstanding writing and editing skills with attention to detail, including documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize assignments. Strong time management and follow-up skills. Action oriented
Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance and supervision.
Passion towards excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual French (read, write, speak) preferred but not required

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
Salary Range Information: $24 CAD Hourly
