<h3>Overview</h3>

<p>The Risk Management Group in the National office requires a Bilingual Manager to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Client (KYC) team.</p>
<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for:</p>
<ol>
<li>Managing workloads and priorities of KYC analysts;</li>
<li>Quality reviewing and editing KYC Reports prior to issuance;</li>
<li>Regular communication with KYC submitters to provide guidance and/or progress updates;</li>
<li>Mentoring and advising KYC Analysts, including providing ongoing training support;</li>
<li>Working with and supporting the KYC Team’s Management Group on KYC process and policy improvements as needed;</li>
<li>Liaising with other departments/groups as required.</li>
</ol>
<h3>What You Bring To The Role</h3>
<p>A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviors:</p>
<ol>
<li>Experience reviewing the results of KYC procedures and reporting;</li>
<li>Fluency in oral and written English and French;</li>
<li>Ability to work independently to review high-level online research and improve reporting of complex issues;</li>
<li>Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels;</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills;</li>
<li>High aptitude for learning new systems and technology;</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and facilitate information sharing.</li>
</ol>
<p>This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders. They may also need to create, interpret, and apply policies, practices, laws, and regulations during employment.</p>
<h3>KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information</h3>
<p>The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses. The final salary within this range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.</p>
