Job Description

<p>Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mississauga, ON</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$20</p>

<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
<li>Respond to incoming emails, providing timely and accurate information
<li>Upsell and promote a range of minor component products to customers
<li>Perform data entry into the company ERP system with accuracy
<li>Manage a call-in queue, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Call center experience with proven ability to manage call queues
<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and French
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
</ul>
