<p>Accountivity is hiring</p><p>Job Title: Bilingual Payroll Specialist</p><p>Location: London, ON</p><p>Job Type: Permanent</p><p>Salary: $60,000 –$70,000/year</p><p>Our client in<br>Southwest Region, ON<br>is actively looking for a<br>Bilingual Payroll Specialist<br>to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1–2 years of payroll experience who is eager to grow long-term within a supportive finance and accounting environment.</p><p>Position Description:</p><ul><li>Process<br> full-cycle payroll for 1,000+ employees<br> accurately and on time</li><li>Handle payroll and reporting in both<br> French and English</li><li>Complete bank reconciliations and cheque balancing</li><li>Prepare and submit government remittances and compliance reports</li><li>Generate and distribute peer reports and year-end T4s</li><li>Maintain employee records within PeopleSoft software</li><li>Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support payroll and related functions</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and assist with ad-hoc payroll tasks as needed</li></ul><p>Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>1–2 years of payroll experience, ideally within a finance and accounting environment</li><li>Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Experience with PeopleSoft software preferred</li><li>Proven ability to manage<br> high-volume payroll (1,000+ employees)</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll processes, government submissions, and T4 preparation</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong communicator and effective team player</li><li>PCP designation an asset</li><li>Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the company long term</li></ul><p>If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
