Our cocktail menu is a team effort, and your creativity is not just welcomed but essential.<BR>Prep day readiness: Candidates must be prepared to participate in prep days, including making syrups, pressing fresh juices, and ensuring all ingredients meet the highest standards.<BR>A commitment to learning: Youll be expected to study at home and prepare for written tests covering:<BR>Classic cocktails<BR>House cocktails<BR>Service standards<BR>Alcohol and spirits knowledge<BR>Language skills: An intermediate level of both French and English is required to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele and team.<BR>Your Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Provide exceptional guest experiences by prioritizing hospitality.<BR>Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails in a fast-paced environment.<BR>Ensure floor service and bar service as needed, with a seamless transition between the two roles.<BR>Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal and concept-driven cocktails.<BR>Participate in prep days, including crafting syrups, juicing fresh ingredients, and prepping mise en place to support smooth operations.
