We are seeking an Auto Sales Representative to become an integral part of our company! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
Compensation
- $40,000 to $100,000 Annually
- Commission-based

Years of Experience
- Min. 2 to 3 years of experience in sales / customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle
- Ensure we maintain our high level of guest satisfaction
- Monitor leads and schedule appointments with customers
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
- Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
- Prospect to increase sales volume
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
- Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Working knowledge of automotive sales at a dealership.
- Ability to multitask and bring enthusiasm daily.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
- Ontario Driver’s license.
- Second language is plus (i.e. Mandarin, Spanish, French)
