We are seeking a meticulous Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and enhancing vehicles' appearance, ensuring customer satisfaction through customer service excellence.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming interiors
- Apply polish to vehicles to preserve their appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any defects or damages and report findings to management
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding the detailing process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
