The ASM will foster BEST culture, mission, and values.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervising and overseeing the direction of site operations, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progress</li><li>Train front line cleaning staff, supervisors and administration</li><li>Motivate, coach, mentor and provide guidance to a staff of up to 40 team members ensuring employee development</li><li>Effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external sources</li><li>Identify, support, and develop growth plans for project works or other site locations</li><li>Provide corrective and/or disciplinary action in accordance with BEST policy guidelines</li><li>Identify potential issues, seek strategic alternative solutions while mitigating risk</li><li>Efficiently manage inventory levels of regularly ordered items</li><li>Manage changing priorities with a thorough understanding of business needs</li><li>Work at front line level to meet contractual obligations as needed</li><li>Respond to inquiries outside business hours such as evening and weekends to meet business needs</li><li>Other duties as required to support contractual needs and business growth</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Business-related Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree</li><li>Must have valid driver's license </li><li>Minimum 1 year of related work experience</li><li>Ability to pass Canadian Criminal Background Check</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of MS Office,</li><li>Understanding of Business Accounting</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act</li><li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>BEST</strong> is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
