Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste configurateur(trice) - SIRH Dayforce pour un nouveau mandat.
Détails du mandat :
- Disponibilité : Temps partiel ou temps plein, selon l'expertise du candidat.
- Profil recherché : Un expert chevronné pour la configuration et l'optimisation des modules suivants :
- Recrutement
- Intégration
- Gestion de la relève
- Mises à jour (Upgrades) : Analytique et Rapports.
-Optimisation des modules ou fonctionnalités suivants / Correction de certaines anomalies de configuration) : Entitlements, Rémunération et Rendement.
Responsabilités principales :
- Recueillir les besoins d'affaires.
- Proposer des solutions adaptées dans le SIRH.
- Configurer les modules et les fonctionnalités nécessaires.
- Effectuer les tests de paramétrage et assurer la qualité fonctionnelle.
- Former l'équipe RH, au besoin.
- Documenter les configurations (optionnel).
