Overview
Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (“CC&L Infrastructure”) is seeking an Analyst to support our growing Infrastructure Investment business. The role involves financial modelling, due diligence, risk assessment, and structuring debt financing for new investments. You will also monitor existing investments and assist with valuation and potential exits. The hybrid model offers four office days and one remote working day each week.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities; perform financial analysis, identify risks, and make investment recommendations.
- Build and review complex cash flow valuation models; run scenarios, test assumptions, and perform sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct due diligence and manage third‑party vendors (legal, accounting, technical, environmental); assist with overall deal execution.
- Monitor financial and operational performance of existing investments; assist with on‑going valuation and potential exit alternatives.
- Collaborate with an experienced team to manage project deliverables.
- Present investment materials and memorandums to internal and external groups.
Qualifications
- Consistent record of academic excellence in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, engineering, math, etc.).
- Highly proactive approach; initiative, work ethic, problem solving, drive and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong judgement, attention to detail and a desire to excel.
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively under tight timelines and on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to present ideas concisely and persuasively.
- Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and experience with Excel.
The salary range for this position is $95k‑$100k. A discretionary annual performance bonus may represent a significant proportion of total compensation.
