AML Analyst

<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an AML Analyst who will meet regulatory standards and enhanced due diligence by reviewing transactions to identify anomalies and potential high-risk customers. Scope of works may include, but is not limited to, identification and remediation of profiles (who may have multiple products). This candidate will conduct adjudications and / or analysis and investigations of general queue cases. (recommending for the de-market and / or freezing of accounts by the appropriate investigative unit). The successful candidate will provide analysis and / or data / evidence gathering support for AML and Sanctions / ABAC Financial Crime or digital evidence for case preparation and evidence / documentation purposes.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>• Review transactions to identify anomalies and potential high-risk customers for regulatory compliance and enhanced due diligence. • Identify and remediate customer profiles (who may hold multiple products). • Conduct adjudications, analyses, and investigations of general queue cases. • Recommend de-market and/or freezing of accounts to the appropriate investigative unit. • Provide analysis and data/evidence gathering support for AML and Sanctions/ABAC Financial Crime, or digital evidence for case preparation and documentation purposes.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working as a Finance Analyst / Risk Analyst</li><li>2 years of hands-on experience with Advanced Excel</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and communication / presentation skills</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills</li></ul><h3>Nice To Have</h3><ul><li>ACAMS Certification</li><li>Banking / Financial Industry Experience</li><li>KYC / AML experience</li></ul><p>BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
