We are rapidly growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager who can oversee our Amazon marketplace operations from A to Z. The ideal candidate must be able to manage daily performance, optimize listings, coordinate shipments, handle returns and cases, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Vaughan, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire Amazon Seller Central account (FBA & FBM).
  • Create and manage FBA shipments, including carton labels, case preparation, and shipping documentation.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, adjust bids, monitor performance, and improve ROI.
  • Handle customer service inquiries, returns, refunds, and all case-related communications.
  • Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Create new product listings and variations; update existing ones with improved titles, bullet points, keywords, and images.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and conversion.
  • Investigate and resolve suppressed listings or ASIN issues.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory levels and shipment schedules.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, ad performance, and account updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, rankings, and product visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong knowledge of FBA workflow, product listing creation, keyword optimization, and PPC campaigns.
  • Experience handling case management, returns, and customer inquiries.
  • Ability to create, edit, and optimize listings using industry-standard tools.
  • Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of eBay or Shopify is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in the water filtration industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.70 per hour
