This position is open to candidates looking for full-time permanent positions and contractors.</p><p>This role will blend technical development with business problem-solving, ensuring AI experimentation translates into scalable, practical solutions. You will play a key role in building the foundation for AI agents, supporting knowledge management integration, and advancing high priority use cases that drive efficiency and impact.</p><p>We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Embed into active projects to understand workflows, methodologies, and processes, and identify opportunities where AI can streamline work and add value.</li>
<li>Design, build, and deploy AI agents that address high priority use cases, starting with client delivery and expanding to other functions.</li>
<li>Evaluate and implement AI tools that generate client-ready presentations from rough inputs, ensuring outputs follow BrandActive\'s templates and design standards.</li>
<li>Develop and test prototypes for knowledge management solutions, including improved search, retrieval, and structured documentation.</li>
<li>Integrate AI tools with core systems such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Power Platform.</li>
<li>Partner with business leaders and project teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable impact.</li>
<li>Surface learnings from pilots and package them into reusable templates, guides, and training resources to enable wider adoption.</li>
<li>Contribute to governance of AI usage, ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and ethical standards.</li>

<h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to life-long learning; post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, processes, and methodologies to identify opportunities for AI implementation.</li>
<li>Proven experience embedding AI into organizations or projects, ideally having designed and executed AI-enabled workflows or solutions that delivered measurable impact.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with AI experimentation and prototyping, including building agents, testing tools, and iterating quickly based on results.</li>
<li>Practical proficiency with multiple AI platforms and tools, with the ability to evaluate and select the right solution for each use case.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, able to bridge technical detail and business needs across diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Comfortable working iteratively, with the agility to pivot and adapt in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Technical Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with AI / automation tools (e.g., GPT models, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services).</li>
<li>Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).</li>
<li>SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Graph API integration.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and role-based access control in Azure / O365.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice-to-Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with AI / ML model development in Python (including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Azure ML).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Azure Data Engineering tools (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage).</li>
<li>Exposure to DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI / CD).</li>
<li>Database design and optimization (SQL Server, Cosmos DB).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Certifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).</li>
<li>Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).</li>
<li>Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Hours of Work</b></p><p>40 hours per week, with the option to be a part-time contract role.</p><h3>Compensation</h3><p>BrandActive offers a competitive compensation package including a comprehensive benefits plan.
