<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>AI and Data - Senior Consultant - Data Scientist at EY. We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Data Science & ML Engineering to join the Data & Analytics journey and help build an expanding set of Managed Data Science and Agentic AI Services across multiple industries. You will help industry clients navigate the complex world of modern data science and AI, providing a unique business perspective on how data science and AI can transform and improve their organization.</p><p>This is a high-growth, high-visibility area with opportunities to enhance your skillset and build your career. You will collaborate with clients to deliver AI/ML solutions that address key business issues and identify long-term opportunities for managed data science services.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Proactively identify and prioritize use cases across value chains and industries leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.</li><li>Build, validate, deploy, monitor, and provide MLOps support for AI/ML models and services for internal POCs and client production initiatives.</li><li>Coach data engineers and data scientists to deliver services and develop solutions with a business mindset.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand needs and guide them toward AI/ML solutions delivering short-term wins and long-term opportunities for managed data science services.</li><li>Develop and implement roadmaps to build AI/ML products with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and product owners.</li><li>Guide clients in selecting Generative AI models and related services suitable for their needs.</li><li>Assist with AI governance topics such as data residency and PII handling; ensure security, privacy and data governance requirements are met.</li><li> Monitor and tune model performance, manage champion/challenger strategies, and ensure proper packaging and documentation for deployment.</li><li>Participate in client training and knowledge transfer as required.</li><li>Leverage CI/CD, DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Jenkins) to deliver and support advanced data science and big data solutions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>3+ years of experience building and deploying end-to-end data science and analytics solutions across industries with business acumen.</li><li>Proficiency with the predictive modeling lifecycle, feature engineering, model development and tuning, validation, deployment packaging, management and monitoring.</li><li>Data science/AI certification and production experience with Hadoop, Spark or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with open-source AI/ML/Data Science tools (R, Python, Spark) and notebooks/workbenches (Zeppelin, Jupyter; Azure DSx, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Spark-based ML (Spark SQL, MLlib, GraphX) and agentic AI solution deployments.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Data Science/AI certification on major platforms.</li><li>Experience with deep learning on CPUs/GPUs (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, MXNet or equivalent).</li></ul><h3>What We Look For</h3><ul><li>Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Team management on Advanced Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing projects.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>EY’s Total Rewards package supports a high-performance, inclusive culture with opportunities for growth.
