<p></p><p><b>Job Title: Agile Coach - Insurance Domain with Dynamics 365 Expertise</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> <b>Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)</b></p><p> <b>Job Type:</b> <b>Full Time</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We are seeking a seasoned <b>Agile Coach</b> with deep experience in the <b>insurance industry</b> and hands-on expertise in <b>Dynamics 365 implementations</b>. This role will lead Agile transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, coach stakeholders at all levels, and support strategic programs such as <b>CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)</b> and <b>Dynamics 365 rollouts</b>. The ideal candidate will be a change agent who can foster Agile maturity and drive enterprise-wide adoption.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Agile Coaching & Enablement:</b></li><li> Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and leadership to instill Agile values, principles, and practices.</li><li><b>Insurance Domain Expertise:</b></li><li> Align Agile practices with regulatory and operational needs specific to the insurance sector.</li><li><b>Dynamics 365 Integration Support:</b></li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and ERP modules.</li><li><b>Training & Workshops:</b></li><li> Design and deliver Agile training programs, workshops, and learning sessions tailored to various roles and maturity levels.</li><li><b>Enterprise Agility:</b></li><li> Guide the organization through Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or </li><li><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b></li><li> Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b></li><li> Promote a culture of experimentation, feedback, and iterative improvement across teams and processes.</li><li><b>Agile Metrics & Reporting:</b></li><li> Establish and track Agile metrics to measure team performance, Agile maturity, and transformation progress.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b></li><li> Minimum 5 years as an Agile Coach with significant experience in the insurance industry and Dynamics 365 projects.</li><li><b>Certifications:</b></li><li> ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), or equivalent.</li><li><b>Skills:</b></li><li> Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).</li><li><b>Technical Knowledge:</b></li><li> Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) and CCaaS platforms.</li><li><b>Education:</b></li><li> Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><p></p>
