Maintenance Manager

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team handling production machinery (75%) and facility upkeep (25%). Requires strong leadership, task prioritization, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of one supervisor and four technicians.

  
  

• Oversee preventive maintenance using MaintainX.

• Perform mechanical (60%) and electrical (40%) troubleshooting on systems like pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, and motors.

  
  

• Split time between floor presence (40%) and office work (60%).

• Manage select supply purchases and assist with budget planning.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience (10+ preferred).

  
  

• Expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (up to 480V, basic PLC knowledge).

• Proficiency with preventive maintenance tools and task management software.

  
  

• Proven leadership and task prioritization skills.

Preferred:

• PLC programming and ladder logic knowledge.

• CMMS experience and technical certifications.

  
  

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
