Team Drilling LP provides industry leading surface, underground and speciality diamond drilling services across Canada. With headquarters based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Admin to join our growing team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to support our field and office teams during a busy period. This role is critical in ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
  • Assist with AP reporting and month-end closing as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and/or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of SAGE 300
  • Experience in drilling, oil & gas, mining, or construction environments
  • Familiarity with rotational travel and crew scheduling
