Amico is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 9 manufacturing facilities employing over 1100 people across North America.<br />Join our growing team! Amico is currently seeking to fill an Accounts Payable to the team. <br><br><b>SUMMARY</b><br><br>Responsible for the whole accounts payable cycle to run smoothly including verifying, matching, posting invoices, running vendors payments, filing, etc. <br><br><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Vendors bills posting including Freight and Brokerage Bills</li><li>Receiving/invoice posting</li><li>Credit Card Reconciliation</li><li>Sale team Expense Reports</li><li>Labor analysis reports</li><li>Reconciliation of accounts payable & accrual liabilities</li><li>Other tasks assigned by the Finance Director</li></ul><b>Job Requirements:</b><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company</li><li>Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications</li><li>Experience with SAP S4HANA or Fiori is an asset</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Ability to manage relationships with vendors and co-workers to ensure vendor satisfaction</li><li>Must be logical, organized, and have a strong attention to detail</li><li>At least 5 years accounts payable experience</li><li>Accounting diploma is a must</li><li>Be professional and good work ethics, can work well with team, good personalities, strong time management skills</li></ul><br />Experience:<ul><li>AP: 5+ years (REQUIRED)</li><li>General Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul><br />While we thank applicants for their interest, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.<br />#AMICOPC</p></p>
