We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Edmonton location. </p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li>
<li>Respond to customer needs with personalized service and expert advice</li>
<li>Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations</li>
<li>Ensure effective and attractive merchandising</li>
<li>Provide internal training to team members</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset</li>
<li>2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus</li>
<li>Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends</li>
<li>Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills</li>
<li>Proven skills in management, organization, and communication</li>
<li>Customer-oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities</li>
</ul>
