<h3>Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager</h3><p>As an Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. We are looking for passionate beauty leaders who are looking to support and help run one of our stores.</p>

<li>When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.</li>
<li>Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting/exceeding sales goals, budget, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.</li>
<li>Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follows safety, security rules and company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain store presentation and appearance to reflect brand standards.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.</li>
<li>Experience in operational, financial and performance management.</li>
<li>Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Passion for all things hair and beauty.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3> <ul>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.</li>
<li>May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Working Conditions / Physical Requirements</h3>
<p>The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. You may work around moving carts or machines and occasionally encounter irritant chemicals.</p>
