(CAN) Compliance Lead

Job Description

<h3>Position Summary</h3>
<p>To collaborate with all levels including Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts. They will be responsible for educating associates and managers on compliance programs. This involves monitoring compliance controls, identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement to build trust with customers, associates, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.</p>
<h3>What you'll do</h3>
<p>Deliver compliance and safety awareness using Ethics and Compliance resources. Conduct assessments across designated compliance areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Consumer Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Food Safety, Privacy & Employment, Licenses & Permits, and Anti-Corruption. Provide on-the-spot training, analyze data to identify gaps, support action plan development, and participate in regulatory visits. Manage accident files, facilitate communication with Store Management, verify customer claim documents, handle maintenance requests, resolve issues using escalation tools, and conduct safety inspections.</p>
