Director, Finance

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our esteemed client’s growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company.

This includes managing budgets, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.  Experience within the Aerospace industry is greatly preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company’s goals and objectives

– Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis

– Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management

– Manage the company’s budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met

– Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets

– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

– Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, and auditors

– Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and make recommendations for process improvements

– Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations

– Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the senior management team

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

– CPA or MBA preferred

– Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior finance role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

– Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws

– Experience with budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting

– Excellent leadership and communication skills

– Proven experience in managing and developing a team

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

– Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
