*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Technologist to join our dynamic laboratory team. This role involves performing complex tests that help diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, immunology, and biochemistry.
* Analyze specimens using advanced laboratory equipment and methodologies.
* Ensure accuracy and precision in test results, adhering to established protocols.
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal functioning.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
* Comply with all safety and quality control procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

*Requirements:*
* A New York State (NYS) license is mandatory.
* Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of progressive laboratory experience in a hospital setting.
* ASCP or NCA registration as a Medical Technologist or an equivalent certification.

*Qualifications:*
* Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and terminology.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,200.00 – $2,350.00 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Night shift

Ability to Relocate:
* Watertown, NY 13601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
